POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. OUTLET MANAGERS
   

   -	Responsible for managing one cafe and/or kiosk.
   -	Effectively manage, train and develop team members.
   -	Be fanatical about quality and great customer service. Be responsible for imroving sales and and customer service
   -	Very focused on SOP's.
   -	Be available at short notice.

   
   

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORS (TEAM LEADERS)
   

   -	Minimum 1 year customer service experience in supervisory position.

   
   

3. SERVICE CREW / FOOD PRODUCTION STAFF
   

   -	Minimum 17 years of age. Full time / Part time.
   -	Relevant experience in F & B customer service. Able to start at short notice.
